Hi -- I have an SBS 2011 box. Every time the server reboots, we have to manually restart the Microsoft Exchange RPC Client Access service because it will not start by itself. The startup type is set to Automatic, Network Service. I cannot find any entries in the event log that obviously point to the failure of this service to start. When I manually start it, it starts right up without a hitch. I checked the dependencies as shown under 'Method 2' in and they are all set correctly per that article. This is a big headache, because if the server reboots on its own without an admin knowing about it, the help desk will get flooded with calls from people whose Outlooks can no longer connect.
